How to Register for After-School & Break Camps

  • Click on the new parent registration link below and fill out the contact form.

  • Once you have submitted the contact form, please keep an eye out for an invitation email to create your parent portal (ChildPilot) account tied to your email on file.

  • Once you have created your parent portal (ChildPilot) account, you will be able see your family data (If there should be any updates don’t hesitate to contact the school).

  • Select 2024–2025 Fall Registration and/or Fall, Holiday or Spring Break Camp (After-School enrollment is not a prerequisite to attending all-day Break Camps).

  • Select the school your children will attend and either the weekly or monthly payment option. In the space, indicate 5 days or 3 days a week (you may select the days, days cannot be substituted. A 2-week notice is required for any change in scheduled days).

  • In the parent portal (ChildPilot) billing tab, you will be able to view your payment history and any outstanding invoices each month for your monthly tuition. You will also have the ability to make payments online/enroll for autopay, and have access to your family’s tax statement for printing at your convenience.

  • Complete the online school documents and submit your child’s immunizations due on or before After-School registration completion.

    • Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening Form 3300

    • Immunization 3231
