How to Register for Summer Camp

Create An Account or Checkout As “Guest”

At checkout you may choose to create an account with First Camp or proceed as a “guest.” If you create an account, we will save your name, email and certain additional information that you provide in order to enroll.  Not having to resubmit this information makes future enrollments easier; having an account also allows you to access your enrollment and payment histories if needed.  If you proceed as a “guest,” then after your enrollment is processed, only your name and email will be saved.  Your privacy is very important to us and your financial information is never transmitted to or saved by First Camp.

Make Payment

We accept all major credit & debit cards. A nonrefundable 3% processing fee will be applied when paying with a credit card.

Summer Camp Payment Policy

All Summer Camps must be paid in full to a hold reservation.  Once the transaction is complete, you are registered and you will receive an immediate payment confirmation via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive that confirmation.

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules may change due to unexpected circumstances.  In order to accommodate our families, summer registration begins on February 1st, but we provide a full refund for cancellations made on or before April 1st.  If you cancel a camp registration on or before April 1st, tuition minus 3% credit card processing fee will be refunded to the credit or debit card originally charged. Cancellations received 14 days before the start date of a camp session will result in a 75% refund. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the start date of a camp session will not be refunded. All cancellations must be given in writing by email to jmason@fbcdecatur.com. Camp session transfers can be accommodated if space is available.  No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. This includes, but is not limited to hurricanes, and tropical storms.

Summer Camp Waitlist

If a camp is sold out, you may place your child on the waiting list by submitting your email address on the sold out camp’s details page. You will be notified via email when the camp is available for purchase.
